Cedar Manor is a Continuing Care Retirement Community Located in the Heart of Tipton, Iowa
Cedar Manor became a reality in 1967 when dedicated citizens of Cedar County came forward with the goal of serving the community's aging population. These dedicated citizens sought to provide modern, up-to-date, quality nursing care for Tipton, Cedar County, and surrounding areas.
These early leaders envisioned a non-profit home, and we are blessed to continue as a non-profit entity today. In our most recent years, we have undergone numerous remodeling and renovation projects. The residents of our facility now enjoy a quality, dignified, active home life in three distinct neighborhoods. 54 intermediate bed care and 4 skilled nursing suites, spacious therapy gym, and exam room.
